I'm an IT infrastructure Engineer and I spend a lot of time in a datacenter for a fortune 500 company. I've had numerous conference calls with high level executives and none of them had any idea I was sitting next to a couple 1000 hard drives and 100s of servers with what sounds like small jet engines for fans keeping them cool.If that isn't proof enough then this will seal the deal. I had a coworker on the phone and my kids, 2 & 4, decided to scream and cry at each other. I was sitting about 4 or 5 feet away from them when they did this. He said it sounded like 2 people talking in the background but it was to quiet for him to make out what they were saying. They were so loud it actually hurt my ear...The only small con is the ear piece. It took a little bit of time to get it to fit right. Some times it'll come lose but that's while I'm racking servers and doesn't happen often. I don't think its worth taking a star off for that. When I first looked at this headset I figured I'd buy the wrap around head piece... meh I see no need for it. Maybe if I feel like going for a run or doing an ironman contest with it on, then I'll buy the wrap around piece.

Doesnt fit anyones head, and it will fall apart quickly.
I was very dissapointed in this headset mic. The audio quality is "aight", it sounds low fi, and i really dont know about my voice quality on a receivers end.What makes these headsets total crap is the poor fit and ear design.I originally bought these for my father, who gave em back after a day of use. He told me they were no good, and kept falling out his ear. So i tried using them for a few days and he was right. The earpice does not fit or stay sturdy in the ear canal or opening.So that is 2 heads with differring ear sizes that failed to use this headset.Then to make matters worse, and the reason for this earpice being total crap, was that the ear hook became loose and completely fell off. So now the once floppy ear piece has become unusable.....and this all happened whitin days after buying it.The headset didnt not last a week. I tried to get a refund on Amazon, but i just never dropped off the head piece in time.I can see why these once over priced VXi head piece is being sold super cheap and refurbed. It is because theyre super defective in build quality.So i pretty much got ripped off, and i at least want to warn other buyers to beware if they want to buy this earpiece.

these are awesome! on my 3rd one! but not because they stop working but because i've lost them :(.. i like that they're not bulky .. at times i don't have to use the hook.. the in-ear piece does the job haha

Works better than expected. Couldnt be better. People on the other end hear me well and dont know that Im on a bluetooth unless I tell them.

Another great product from the BlueParrott family. I also bought the optional wearing styles kit, over the head and behind the head. For some reason, it would not stay on my ear otherwise. Must have funny shaped ears!
