My doctor told me about these. I had been taking ambien every few days. My son is a pharmacist and told me they can lead to early onset dementia. At 73 I sure didn’t want to take a chance so gave these a try. I literally went cold turkey successfully to get off the ambien! I still get up in the night to use the restroom but these work great! No grogginess or ambien or other sleep aid hangovers. I know it is expensive but I am willing to pay for a good night’s sleep!

So helpful for a good night's sleep.. I take two in the afternoon then two at dinner time. The difference between taking them and not taking them is like night and day in terms of my sleep.
