I am forced to order this specialty ham from LA b/c I live in California and I found out I could order via Amazon. Better customer experience. Cajun Grocer does not care about any customer service or care about losing a valued customer. They used to be my vendor but not anymore.

This order arrived with the ice completely gone. One of the five bags were opened and the contents were outside the bag. The contents were already emitting a fetid odor. I threw away this bag immediately. The other bags were closed but were warm and sweaty. It looks like this box was ready on 2/22 but didn't arrive until today, 2/27, which means it may have gotten lost along the way. I cannot explain why one of the bags was opened. The seal was intact on the cooler. I asked for a refund or replacement. Waiting for the seller to respond.

And to add insult to this injury when I wrote to them they said send a picture. Only problem was there was no way to do that or em address sent. BOOOOOOO!

Since I discovered I could get this at Amazon, it is the only way I order it. Easy ordering, quick delivery, flavorful!
