Azotea Coffee Guatemala Antigua - Ground Coffee Medium Roast - 28 Onz.

I have been searching for that special taste I experienced 10 years ago when I visited Guatemala City and stayed in a small local, independent hotel. The staff in this place were so nice. I had an extended stay there and after a while they knew I would always call in the morning for fresh-made coffee. They would bring it to my room. At that time it was the best coffee I had experienced and I have lived and traveled to many places in the world. I saw this coffee and the traditional-looking Mayan fabric and read the great reviews so was very hopeful. When I brewed the first cup and took a sip it immediately took me back 10 years ago to that place in time! This time it was even better. The best coffee I have ever tasted. Very deep, rich, complex flavor and just that slight hint of sweet at the very end, not any bitterness at all....perfect cup of coffee. Hope it is available for years to come because it is the only coffee I am going to buy from now on. I have bought numerous other brands that say "Guatemala" but this is the first that tastes like the coffee I "drank" in Guatemala.

Originally bought some of this coffee when in Guatemala and am so glad I am able to purchase more online. It's some of the best coffee I have ever had.

I didn't care for this coffee. I like a stronger cup of coffee. I make it by the single cup and I am using 3 heaping table spoons and it just not there for me. I won't buy again.

This is the good stuff. Having been to Guatemala and enjoying the coffee in country I can say this is good, very good coffee

I visited Guatemala back in 2009 and have preferred their coffee ever since. I'm also not a regular coffee drinker - maybe once or twice every couple weeks. But the flavor is excellent (to me), and I typically drink my coffee black with no sugar. Amount was good for the price, but might be too expensive for a regular coffee drinker.

Tastes just like the cafe on the square in Antigua! Reminds me of being back in Antigua, Atitlan, y Reu (Retalhuleu). This makes me smile! Makes Dunkin Donuts or Starbucks taste like hot water! (And I love Dunkin Donuts!). But there can only be one king.
