I ordered this mainly because it's the closest in formula to what we have been using from Trader Joes (which they don't carry anymore). We use it for our two older big Pyrenees dogs for their joints. Works great! They each had their own issues with elbow and shoulder problems. Now takes a couple months but after giving them 3 tablets each twice a day there is NO sign of any problems! They jump up and run around with no issues. We keep it up daily. Great Stuff and easy to pull the tablets apart to sprinkle in their meals.

I have been taking glucosamine/chondroitin for ages. I can honestly say that my knees are pain free and that was not the case 20 years ago. I have not had surgery and hope to avoid it if I can. I'm 70 years old . I garden, clean my own house, climb a step ladder to change light bulbs, walk, and carry my grandbaby around. What I like most about this product is the feeling of knowing it was made in the USA.

Although I have doubled the recommended dosage on the bottle based on Mayo Clinic's recommendations for glucosamine chondroitin levels here:[...]I love the capsule form... previous different supplement that I took were very large tablets that got stuck in my throat half the time. Natural, no fillers, dyes etc. Is the way to go!!This also works very quickly, as I had about a 10-day span with no glucosamine chondroitin and my knee pain was pretty bad. Within a week after starting this, I was up and running again, YIPEEEE!!

After several months of usage, still haven't found the joint pain relief I have been looking for.Have since switched to fish oil and have found much better relief.
