There is a factory defect!! There is a hole in bag

We have bought quite a few bags and this is my son's favorite (and he is picky). He likes the design and sleek eyes about the bag. It's small but big enough for any event whether gym or a sports things. Great separation for shoes from clothes etc. Easy to carry and multiple carry options.

Nice size and very roomy. Two side pockets that can fit two pairs of shoes.

Only bag of this size I could really find. And definitely the best bag. I was a bit hesitant but have had no issues. Zippers are fine have had absolutely no catching or annoyances. Bag was purchased about a month ago. The clips that come from the strap and connect to the bottom of the bag are thin plastic that I can see breaking in the future. However I will snap them all the way off and replace on both sides with small less than 5$ Black D rings. So for the price and a little enginuity you can't beat this bag. In the item diacription whoever sales this bag puts it has two shoe compartments.. that is a lie. There is only one. But that speaks more to the person selling the items integrity than the item itself, which for me has been great.
