No this is not the correct kit for that application. You would want a Mikuni BN38/44 kit for that application.

Q: Is the arm spring shiny or dull silver? Need to setup the popoff pressure and i dont know which gram spring this kit includes.

as regards the Mikuni BS-34 pumper carb with 3 removable circular metal disc components to the carb: I have used both spring colors. The most important aspect to setting up the carb in my opinion, is the final position of the small metal "arm" (or lever) which is acted upon by the center metal piece in the diaphragm. The lever must be adjusted so as to be perfectly level with and parallel to the adjoining surfaces on each side of the "trough" the lever is sitting in. You can adjust the lever by holding the small end against the needle valve seat while either lifting up or pushing down to bend it to acheive the level position. This determines fuel flow.. erroneous settings = flooding & gas dripping out of the intake horn. Hope this helps.

Fixed my 1989 Yamaha WJ500

Replaced the gaskets in my '89 Wave Jammer using the included instructions. Great kit. (For the record, I didn't need a couple of the clear gaskets. This kit fits a few different model carbs.)

Missing gasket

I ordered this kit for my 89 waverunner 500 expecting to have every gasket included when I tried to redo my carb it was missing a very important gasket and set me back another week. Besides that the rest of the kit did seem like it was good quality
