Q: Does this contain wheat

The ingredients are in very small writing. It doesn't actually mention wheat but it does say vegetable Protein.

Q: Can i use on dry fur?

I do. Works best on my lhasa apso/bichon Frise Cross if I spray on to comb first. I find spraying directly on to coat gives me less control and can be too wet.
