I'm quite picky when it comes to essential oils. I have been using them to make my own blends for years now. I have tried so many. I can honestly say that I love Maple Holistics. The lavender oil is absolutely amazing. It smells like natural lavender, persistent yet very gentle. I use it for massage, dilute it with carrier oil for scalp massage. It's also really great to relieve anxiety, just a few drops on your wrist and gently inhale. It's hard to find this quality at an affordable price. If you are into aromatherapy and only use quality EOs, you must try this! Monica R.

I regularly put lavender drops on my pillow or a tissue and quickly fall asleep on the scent. It's sedative effect is especially good if I wake up 2-4 AM when it is typically harder to get back to sleep. For fifty years I have kept lavender in my first aid kit for it is one of the few aroma therapy oils that can be applied directly to skin for cuts, insect bites, and burns. I have enjoyed the Maple Holistics brand because it is affordable and good quality. Last month I applied it daily to a nasty burn on my back and was pleased at how quickly I healed.

Okay, don’t buy gallons all at ONCE, it does not keep forever! I’m not a giant EO nerd, but I stock several, and this is one. Even for non-nerds, lavender oil is useful. Want a spa experience in the shower? Sprinkle this and eucalyptus like holy water in there, try to get it where the water won’t reach so you can smell it longer. Or diffuse it, if you have one. Perhaps the most embarrassing reason I own multiple of both this and eucalyptus is, if I’ve left a load SLIGHTLY too long in the washer, and I don’t like to use dryer sheets or scent boosters, I’ll sprinkle one or two only very slightly rancid socks or wash rags or something within the load liberally with both oils and throw it in the dryer. This will only work if the wash is like, a few hours old. Otherwise you’re obviously better off running it again 😜

I got this lavender essential oil and I was surprised to see how large the bottle was for how much it costs. I dropped about 6 drops in my diffuser and it makes my apartment smell wonderful. I've also tried using a few drops in the bathtub and it was very relaxing and calming. I've tried it in combination with the rosemary essential oil by this brand as well and they mix very well together. I actually prefer the scent of the two combined rather than the oils by themselves. I highly recommend these oils if you're looking for good quality and value. I'm looking forward to trying different ways of using these oils and the benefits I can get from them.

I bought this essential oil on a whim because I got a humidifier for Christmas and, though I had other essential oil blends that came with it, I really wanted a pure Lavender EO to have a simple scent every once in a while. I tried it the first day and am completely satisfied with the scent, how long the scent lasts, how well it can blend with other scents (sometimes EOs are too sharp and clash with other blends when mixed), and the price for the amount in the bottle. I also use it in my spray bottle mixed with water and some tea tree oil to refresh my hair and scalp, my almond/Argan oil blend to moisturize my nail growth, and smeared at the base of my ears, neck and wrists during meditation/yoga practices. It's pretty amazing and I plan to get more EOs my next order.

No big deal really I suppose, but I had purchased this as a gift and it would have been nice if it had come in the box that is pictured with ! I also expected 2 bottles, given the quoted price per oz - sadly that was not to be. ( I know the picture shows 30m but Amazons price doesnt reflect that) The lavender smell is pleasant and not noxious like some of the lavender oils I have bought in the past. i am tired of wasting money on other inadequate oils so will stay with this brand and definitely buy from them again. Overall, Amazon, you need to review the listing and make it reflect what the customer actually receives.

Lavander from france and very similar to soft lavender ( Lavandula Angustifolia ) which other french brands use for their products. I love it

I use lavender oil on my pet collars, it works for me rather than putting chemicals into my dogs. I’ve had success keeping midges at bay.
