These birkenstocks were a great purchase for me. This is mundo parents account and i felt like writing a review so yeah. Write when i picked up the package i thought i ordered something that was incorrect because the package was so light. But when i opened the package and the blue birkenstock box i was pleased to see that they can exaclty as excpected. I tired them on to see how they fit, and they were rock hard. My feet hurt for a second and then they started to feel comfortable and mold into the shape of the birkenstock. This is real leather, so if your not into that kinda stuff or if your against it, these aren't for you! But, being real leather they last so much longer. My grandma used to have ones exactly like these and they lasted her a lifetime. The bad of the shoe where your foot sits comes with bumps and dents to fit to the way your foot goes. I really like that part because when a shoe is flat it feels slightly less comfortable. Also where your foot sits it's not like the original birkenstock where it's just basically flat and your foot forms it itself, this one is harder and already do the job for you. I thought that getting the narrow (N) would be a bad choice because i do have a slightly wider foot, but birk,s do run wide anyways. I got the narrow and i fits my foot like a glove, it's great. The medium width might have worked also but i'm good. The size i got was a 7- 7 1/2, AKA 38. I probably will buy another pair in a different color, but for now i am definantly happy with my purchase, well my parents purchase.

Love the comfort offered by this brand, but I wish I waited a bit longer to purchase: I found the exact model/size on sale at my local store for half the price.

I bought these sandals after reading other people's recommendations, as I have a problem with the muscle under my right foot and wanted a good, well-made pair of sandals to give support and, hopefully, take away some of the awful pain that each step was giving me. These sandals have a cork insole which means that my feet are kept warm and comfortable even in the coldest of weather. I don't wear socks and yet have worn these sandals when it has been close to freezing recently. The leather is of the very best quality, and the manufacture is the same, which you would expect from a company that has been making footwear as long as Birkenstock has! The sole is hard-wearing, the buckles easy to adjust, and overall, I just love these sandals. I would recommend them to everyone.
