One of best valeriana teas I have tried so far , made in UK . Has 30% of valeriana root which is the most I could find in teas on the market . It does taste of valeriana with a hint of bitterness , put some honey in and it’s perfect combo . Really helps me sleep better which was whole purpose of this tea

Supports a good night sleep, not as strong as puka's sleep brand, but it depends on what you are looking for. Very nicely presented in lovely white bags, feels special.

Liked the flavour, good quality but very expensive

The flavour was clean and not sharp as some bags are.

I have now repeated my order 3 times for these tea bags and have been very pleased with the quality of the product and the delivery time. I do use the tea bags every evening before I go to bed and feel rightly or wrongly it does help my sleep patterns and that is all I can ask
