Installation was easy, I installed it to take out heavier sediment ahead of another finer filtering unit. Ideally captures the sediment, and I just purge it every few days. It's small in size though doesn't have to be larger to do the job.

A must have for every well, solid brass construction, very sturdy feeling for sure. Valves and handles feel like quality. Filters are super easy to change if you install shut off valves on both sides. Super fine filter worked great but slowed water fall after a few months. It’s an ultra fine filter so I expected that. I replaced it with the larger micron one included. Buy it.

Superb product. Robust and very well made giving the feel of solid quality. Fits existing plumbing beautifully with barely a hint of PTFE tape needed. Highly recommend this one.
