Does this come with an electrical connector to plug into the pump?

Nope - it comes with the female socket for the wiring harnesses that the correct vehicles come with from the factory. All wiper washer pumps are highly specific to the make, model, year and position (front or rear washer) and are plug and play. If you are replacing a pump on a vehicle that says this is the replacement, then you just unplug the old and plug in the new (the "electrical connector" is part of the vehicle, not the pump).

Does it come with a new rubber grommet for washer tank?

Our current stock has the grommet. I'm assuming they always come with it, but have learned that things change. We have 4 in stock with the grommet.

Will this work on a 2000 Subaru Outback?

It worked on my motorhome, it's a universal fit as I remember. It worked great for my application, not sure for others. You'll need to check your original motor/pump and compare it to the picture of the Trico 11-604. Good luck!

Is this fit a Camry 2013?

I used the one I bought on a 2008 Tundra.
