I see a lot of bad reviews - they must have gotten a bad batch. It arrived in perfect condition. It looks great, bolted to the wall easily and holds my road bike just fine.

When I first opened the package, I was so pleased at first because it looked so pretty and just like the photo. I then realized that the wood was actively delaminating and was also chipped along the edges. I was so disappointed. I have already returned it and am looking for other options.

If you have wood studs to drill into, the installation should be easy. I have a background in wood working, so I found this installation process easy. I could see how someone who doesn't haven't a background in basic installation can struggle with this due to the lack of any paper manual guides, so a simple piece of paper with information regarding drill bit sizes to drill in your wall would be helpful to the clueless person. I am very happy with the functionality, as well as being able to stay consistent with the wood asthetic of my room! I definitely recommend it!

Installed using drywall anchors purchased at Lowe’s- super easy to install. They stand up to daily on/off bike use even though there’s a bit of separation in the laminate. I almost expected them to break or snap, but they’ve been great.

As others have stated be weary of weight capacity. This turned out to be way too flimsy of a rack for my aluminum + carbon fork frame. Tons of flex and cracks, I've ordered a replacement for when it eventually fails.

Don't risk a purchase of this. Too many reviews with delamination complaints. I took the chance and lost. Apparently, these things are kept in a warehouse in Death Valley where they dry out and delaminate. It's too bad, because the design is quite cool...like the warehouse should be.

The media could not be loaded. Used this to put my '91 Klein Attitude on display. Handlebars were a little too wide so I put a wood block between the mount and the wall. I think that dresses it up a little. Perfect!

We bought two and one ended up being broken. Got the replacement in a few days. They do flex some with a bike hanging on them. We're happy with the look and would recommend these. I would not install these in anythung but a stud or concrete wall. You'll rip the drywall out pretty easily. We're happy with the look and would recommend these.
