No, unless your jeans are very loose fitting. The bag is not soft/flexible enough.

Q: Is this suitable for a long tube catheter bag

Yes it is but it is best with the long tube night bag

Probably, I’m not sure of your circumstances. I use the catheter cover as a cover for my stoma bag. The stoma bag is 2 litres but I just fold it a bit to get it into the catheter cover. It works fine as a stoma leg bag.

Q: How big is the bag? I usually use the 1500ml collecting bag.

The bag should be fine. I'm not using it for urine, it's for my whole stomach contents (I have a high output stoma) and the bag I'm using is a 2 litre bag. I have to fold it lengthways slightly to get it into the cover but it works fine. There is no leg cover for my kind of stoma bag so I'm improvising and it works pretty well.
