Seller is awesome and product is good
Order fulfillment was a bit tricky as item initially received was not item ordered (Amazon fulfilled). The product itself is lightweight and sturdy. Made from hollow aluminum pipe for the lower and near solid carbon shaft (I think) top it is held together by a gear box housed in aluminum. While installation is really easy there are no instructions provided. Product review and YouTube is your friend. The rotating shaft will reach its limit (359 deg) and stop so you’ll need to account for position when mounting the transducer and setting cables. While this is an expensive alternative to the once used homemade PVC turret it is a great upgrade that will allow hands free operation as well as account for spot lock motor movement. I am pretty proud of it. This only gets 4 stars because of the problems with Amazon fulfillment

A must have for livescope
This is awesome. It so nice to be able to hit spot lock and be able to move the transducer around to scan the area. Unlike most pole mounts, this is a hands free operation. If your livescope is mounted on your trolling motor shaft, you're losing out if the wind is blowing. This is the only way to go.

That it is worth the money
Although I have not installed it yet I have hooked it up and played around with it and I'm excited to get it installed and get back out on the water ... As soon as the snow and ice go away

Only made for Garmin units
Works great however I wish it came with a mount to fit other live depth finders.
