Great low-carb pasta
I usually buy Explore Asian bean pastas, but decided to try this brand. It's quite good, depending on what you're looking for & what your expectations are. First, because it's made from beans, it's very different from white pasta or whole wheat pasta in taste. The texture is also different, although it's nothing like the Shirataki pastas--which in my opinion is a very good thing. It's much more like a "real" pasta & is not rubbery like Shirataki. It's gluten free, but we eat it mainly because it's low-carb and high-protein. Nutrition-wise, it's a tiny bit higher in fat than the Explore Asian edamame spaghetti, but is a tiny bit less in carbs. The protein and fiber content is a bit higher than Explore Asian. It seems to be sturdier than Explore Asian bean pastas--i.e., doesn't break as easily--although the taste is very similar to their edamame version. I think if you don't expect it to taste exactly like a wheat pasta, you could be very happy with this product. If you're watching your carbs, this is an excellent substitute for wheat pasta. If you're not concerned with carbs but want a gluten-free pasta, there are many other options that are much more like wheat pastas in both taste & texture, so you may want to skip this one. If you've never tried Explore Asian or other brands of bean pastas, I'd suggest ordering only one box to try before committing to a multi-box case, in case you hate it. We've had it with tomato sauces, pestos, oil & garlic, & Asian-style sauces & love it all. Be aware though, that like Explore Asian bean pastas, this product is also made in China.

This is a product of China
First and foremost, nothing in the listing states this is a product of China. It is packaged "FOR" Seapoint Farms" but the origin is China. How do I know this product is made from “100% organic soybeans" or that there is 24 grams of protein and 12 grams of fiber per serving as claimed on the label? I am sketched and have strong paradigms regarding food from China. Granted it is an odd correlation, but I have read honey from China claiming to be “100% pure” is being adulterated with rice syrup. And this is true of other Asian countries. Watch the first episode of the Netflix documentary “Rotten”. Government testing is rare and products from these countries are questionable at best.Aside from my concerns regarding product origin, the taste is bland. If the claims on the product label are true (100% organic soybeans, 24 grams of protein and 12 grams of fiber per serving) then the bland taste is worth the nutritional benefits.

Delicious and healthy alternative to traditional pasta
For years, each time I ate pasta, I never felt well afterward. I always attributed it to overeating. I tried spinach and whole wheat pasta and had the same reaction. This pasta is delicious and I feel great after eating it. I don't have a gluten problem, but must have some sort of sensitivity that is not triggered by this product.
