I have received my Punch bag. I was looking for good quality Punch bag for long time now. I read some reviews of this max strength strike 360 pedestal punch bags on UK amazon website. There are 100s of reviews and seen people practicing in Boxing schools. I am very happy with quality. It was easy to assemble and can be filled with water or Sand.
