Great riding pants
I wore the Crye pants for months in Afghanistan and although these are off brand copies (you can tell by the way the fabric is treated) I’m surprised to say these are a good value for the price. You still get the 50/50 rip stop material but it’s lighter and breathes easier. The stitching isn’t bad but it’s definitely not the same as the Crye pants, so don’t expect them to hold up under heavy use. I wear them for motorcycle riding, but I have a Ryker so laying it down for a slide isn’t a concern. I need the knee pads for road debris strikes. If you ride a sport bike or anything that’s not a HD and are looking for affordable pants with knee protection I recommend these, but I doubt they would survive a moderate slide on pavement. Hopefully they would prevent road rash. If they save your skin and get destroyed in the process, it’s worth $70.I wear a MED SHORT OCP pants and a 34/30 for civis and got a large. GO ONE SIZE UP. They’re the off brand sizing cut.

Good buy
4 Stars because they're a bit baggier than expected and the knee pads setup is is a little funky. There is a velcro flap inside the knees making the insertion difficult. Eventually I tucked the flap inside towards the bottom of the knee pad slot.Material is great and stiching seems solid. Wish there was a option for longer inseam but is doable.I'm 6'5 and 235lbs. These just fit. I'm usually a 38×34 but the 42 fits snug but comfortably!Would buy again in a different camo!Edit: only issue realize is ordered a 42 and got a 40. Still fits and satisfied

Poor quality for the price. Inaccurate sizes. Poor return process.
For the amount of money I spent on this pair of pants I expected far better quality. And that the sizes would be accurate, they were not.The material is heavy and stiff. And the “gusset vents” are not the quality elastic material you find in other products of similar price. The only reason I purchased these is because they had a plain black color option. But I am very dissatisfied with the product. Also returning the product is a hassle since they don’t let you use Amazon’s plethora of options, they require you send it back via UPS which means you have to package it yourself, and pay for the packaging.UPS can’t even print the label either you have to print it yourself on a regular printer and tape that thing onto the package.

Knee pads coming unstiched after one use
Not sure where to start here. Fit looks unflattering. (It's like they failed at basic human anatomy).Sticking came undone and knee pads are now coming loose with one use.On the biggest size available, the smallest adjustment size of the pants was around two inches bigger than stated. The knee pad height adjustment is excellent. Perhaps use of flat elastic would help with bulkiness of the system there though. Really nice to see this feature on pants with integrated knee pads.

Almost form fitting
I ordered the 3XL. I'm 6' & 245lbs. These pants will fit you like a glove. I tried them on but haven't used them in the field yet. Looking forward to it though.

Knock Knee
I LOVE Thies Pants. So Much, I ordered a second pair even though the first pair left knee is not aligned correctly (see image). Yes, the Second pair has the same left Knee issue. I Still LOVE these pants. The fit, material, over all construction, and the design and features are amazing. I will buy this again, even with the Knee issue. I would have given the paints 5 stars if it weren't for the Knees.

Great for security work
These pants are great. The only con I would give this pants is the inseam being a bit short. It doesnt offer as much space in the crotch area as I am accustomed to. But besides that, I love these pants. Comfortable, a lot of pockets and the large cargo pockets are even designed for conceal carry, so they work great for work pants for security. I primarily wear these pants without the knee pads, but they are comfortable and easy to adjust. Overall, a great pair of pants.

Too baggy, ok quality at best.
I'm on the slimmer side but not exactly small and these are way too baggy. I got size Medium, after trying them on the smalls would definitely be too short, but it feels like these were made for fat people. The stitching is ok quality but I wouldn't trust it to hold up for very long under harsh conditions. The kneepads are, again, just ok. They offer some padding and protection, but I wouldn't trust them to hold up for any extended period of time. They also don't breath at all it feels and just sitting in my air conditioned living room my legs feel sweaty.
