*update*I added a star, they have kept a really good edge and after the epoxy are super sturdy.**Like most, all 5 of the knives I ordered had loose handles. A little epoxy on the threads of the "tang" and it is now stronger than it should have ever been.These are $25 knives with a lifetime warranty. If you want sharp knife that will do everything that you need it to do, I'm sure it will be fine.If you are expecting a $200 hand forged Japanese knife that will make your food taste batter just by touching it. This isn't for you.

Good for trimming btiskets and also for slicing meat for beef jerky.

Bought this as an addition to an existing TUO knife set hat I also purchased from Amazon that did not include the boning knife.This knife is flexible enough and used to bone (both raw and cooked) chicken turkey and beef so far.A good addition to the kitchen.

Delivered on time and came as ordered. Excellent quality and a must for fish filleting or boning.

Use this to cut a brisket and worked like a charm.Sharp, wish the handle was a little bigger for my hands.Other than that, it cuts quick and accurate.
