Women Briefcase PU Leather Laptop Bag College Satchel fit 15.6" Laptop

Beautiful and actually big enough to fit my laptop for school! The material is thick enough to last. I had a former bag from the same company and let me tell you, I’m glad it this one came with a maintenance care note. Follow it! Be careful on how you treat this bag and make sure you don’t consistently throw it around. I will say I wish this one came with a back pocket like the last one I had.

I love my new bag! I purchased it in red and I was super pleased when it arrived. It came well packaged and in perfect condition. No issues with the bow, clasps or otherwise. It’s well made and stands on its own even when fully packed. It fits my work computer, large notebook, phone, wallet and a few other little accessories. Some reviews mentioned the difficulty of the clasps but really all you need is to get accustomed to it as you would with any new item. The color is the perfect red as it’s not too bright yet vibrant enough to be noticed. I’ve received so many compliments on it! Finally a briefcase that doesn’t take away fashion from being a professional. Definitely worth the price.

I already can tell I’m going to love this bag. I went to the Ecosusi website, but this particular bag was like $20 more and out of stock. I’m glad they still have it here in their Amazon storefront! It’s so red. I read the reviews but I crossed my fingers that I’d get the color advertised in the product pictures. I did not. It’s. So. Red. I’m keeping it because the quality is lovely though. I guess the color will have to grow on me!

I love the bag and it fits my needs for my items. The inner compartment is a bit narrow but will hopefully stretch out over time. There were many compliments for it's outer appearance. The out bag's clasps are problematic with needing them to be lined up and clicked down. I would have rather had magnetic clasps. I took the bow off to use the ring as a key chain holder.

TLDR: it’s fully ripping at the seams after two and a half months, and I cannot get a real response about replacement. This bag is very cute, although the color was not as advertised (regular red rather than dark red). I use the bag daily for work, and it started to fall apart after less than a month. I’ve had it for about two and a half months now, and the corners are ripping at the seams (see photo). I tried to make a request/complaint via Amazon, and the link led me to the Ecosusi website. The website says they will replace a defective bag within the first year. I contacted Ecosusi directly to ask for a replacement, and they forwarded it to their Amazon after sales people. After a week, I had not heard from Amazon after sales, so I contacted Ecosusi again, asking for direct contact info. They said they forwarded it again and did not give me a direct email address or phone number. It’s been another week, and still no contact from their Amazon after sales people. At this point, I don’t really want a replacement, because I think it will probably just fall apart again. I’d like a reimbursement, but I doubt I can get one since I cannot get a response. It’s disappointing, because it’s hard to find briefcase-type bags that are cute, feminine, and vegetarian/vegan. However, it’s not worth it. Don’t buy it if you actually need to use it on a regular basis to carry your belongings.
