Hard work but with great results at the end.
The media could not be loaded. The price is quiet nice for the product, but the fiber optical is very sensible , one kink and the light doesn't go trough it anymore or is very weak , for the full powerful effect i recommend a source of light on both ends of the strip if is a long strip example for the dash , to get the best effect. This has been done one my old Peugeot 207SW 2010 and on my new 2013 BMW F21 116i MPerformance.

Not worth it
The light does not go all the way through the tubing, stops after about 1ft, so basically its useless unless you only have a ft of space you want to light up. Also if you have a bend in the plastic then thats it, the light stops there. It was also missing 2 of the small screws to hold the tubing in the light source.Overall very poor, not worth it at all.Glad I didn't pay much for this. In the bin and now to find a replacement for my partners gift.

Cheap and does its job well.
This product is only as good as the effort you put into fitting, I gave my BMW the standard mood light effect, nothing ridiculous. It took a full day to fit. But done properly, it looks brighter in the dark.

just why
The media could not be loaded. after 4 hrs instaling it carfefuly in mk5 golf ,after 2 hr of use it just wont turn on dont know where is problem but abt to find out 1. in day absolotly useles 2. in nieght time is 50/50 oky fore price prety decent if u take ure time to instal it corectly

Very time consuming to install
Colours are bright but routing all the cables and fibre optic wire takes hours.

Take it from me an inspired car tinkerer... DO NOT BUY.
THE INSTRUCTIONS SAY TO HIRE A PROFFESIONAL!! Seriously. Not even a seasoned mechanic would find this enjoyable.This item is NOT easy to install. This item is also NOT good value for money either. It doesn't tell you or give any warnings that the item has to be threaded, by hand, THE FULL LENGTH of the wire yourself before it can be fitted.The fitting. Wow what a terrible terrible joke that is. It comes with a tiny spatula shaped bit of plastic that is meant to help ease the product into the necessary grooves and channels in and around the car. Now the problem with that is that you have to take the DOOR OFF and insert the fibre optic cable into the grooves from the inside.During the day it is not subtle or smart either which was the most disapointing. Truly wished I never bought it get my money back but no return on purchase, that shouldve een all the warning I needed.I'm sure the sound opperated, phone controlled light flashing works well but I was not about to dismantle my car IOT fit a fiddley bit of wire inside it.
