Q: Will this fit my 8 month old?

I doubt it. It fit my 4 year old. Also i'd be surprised if you got an 8 month old to wear something like this. The hair is pretty tickly. I sprayed it with hair spray before my son wore it and that helped.

Q: Does it fit adults too?

The size we purchased was a youth size and would NOT fit an adult.

The hat isn’t included. The beard fits on my 2 year old. It would probably be fine for a small child.
