Creative
Really useful for my therapeutic works with clients that may have difficulty connecting, or recognising their feelings. The cards and their content provide an easy to understand pathway that can help to facilitate purposeful therapy engagement.

Amazing cards
I use these for therapy as well as posting every Thursday on a mental health group. They have helped many people

Good prompts
I like the extra prompts that you get on the back of each card. Dropped score to a 4* becauseyou can't tell from the picture what the emotion it's trying to depict is (unlike other cards and emojis) but it is written, on the front, what the emotion is, so a good buy 👍

Useful to start a session
I had a teen client that had difficulty expressing herself and was shy about telling me things. So the first few sessions, I would lay the cards on the table and let her pick her top three or five. We would go through them and she would tell me about those feelings/emotions and moods. We would also discuss coping strategies and identify patterns. It helped the client open up and feel safe within the therapy room.
