This is definitely a wonderful hardback coloring book. There is a variety of pictures from extremely detailed to larger, easier pages. The addition of the CD is a great idea, and I really love it. I really miss the ocean and this takes me "home" hearing the seagulls and waves. I had a physical therapist come by after I'd been coloring by music, and she was concerned because my blood pressure was a bit low. I laughed and told her I'd been coloring. She understood why my BP was down - because I was sooo relaxed. It really does de-stress!It's a GREAT coloring book and I'll be purchasing more in the series!

I love these books because the images are fun and one sided (great for markers). They put in a protective flap to protect the next page. I have not listened to the CD as I don't have a CD player. Also the book size makes it easy to pack.
