Q: What is the max rated temperature of these bags? my normal food saver bags tend to fail at temps above 160f.

I don't know the highest temp, but I made some sous vide corn at 180 for 45 minutes and the bags were fine.

Q: Are these bags microwavable ?

I put them in the microwave all the time. I believe you can also use them for sous vide or in water on the stove.

Q: How wide are these bags?

Inside measurement is 7 1/2 inches wide and 11 1/4 inches long. These are great heavy duty bags. I really like them
