I got this to replace for what I thought was a bad laptop battery. Turns out it was something else. But for the price and ease of installation, it was a very good price. It didn't come with the tools pictured, but I already had some.

I wanted to like this battery. At first, it worked just fine, as intended... but within 3 months it wast charging 100%... it's max charge went to 92% and wouldn't go higher. Within 6 months, the charging light just blinks and it doesn't change at all, stays at 0%. Such a disappointment.

Fit my Samsung Series 7 laptop with no problems. Charged up to 100% after install and gave acceptable run-time during first discharge cycle. Long-term performance will be unknown for months.Bought Laqueena over several other similar brands with similar prices solely because of the promised tools to disassemble my laptop. Only tool that came was a cheap phillips screwdriver that was actually too small to use without stripping the screw heads on my laptop. Had to go to local computer shop and buy a set of tools ($10) to pry case apart.After reading ALL the reviews, I now see buyers have been complaining about this for months.Shame on me for not reading all the reviewsShame on Laqueena for not supplying the missing tools or removing the deceptive info from this listing.

This is a sweet deal for the price. Made to oem specs and easy to install with the screwdriver they send with it i use daily instead of my sets of precision screwdrivers. Its solid.Update 5/18/2022I had to take apart my Samsung Chronos 7 today to clean it up and noticed my battery was starting to swell a little. Well My original order for this was back on March 8, 2021. Even being about 2 months over the warranty cut off I emailed them to ask if there was anything that they could do for me and without any hesitation they replied informing me that they were going to send out a warranty replacement at no charge. The battery still works great and charges to 100 and holds its charge.Overall I would give 6 stars, unfortunately it only goes to 5. I know where I will buy all future batteries from now on.

Don't be fooled by this seller, battery does not contain any tools except 1 useless torx driver.

I replaced the battery on my samsung laptop. The battery is doing it's job, holds the charge very well. No issues so far. I'm satisfied with it, overall.

You get what you pay for. Maybe this battery will work for some people and I just got a couple of bad units, but after the first one failed, I got a replacement free of charge. A year or so later the replacement failed and I had to switch back to the 10 year old oem battery, which only lasts for about an hr. Save yourself the hassle and opt for an oem replacement.
