When my frame came two of the prongs on the back were broken and not just snapped off but it had taken a chunk of the back of the frame off as well!!! Even tho it doesn’t effect the look of the other side it does effect how well my picture stayed in! It was wrapped wonderfully and way more then necessary so I’m not sure how this could have happened! I did contact the company to let them know...not to get a refund or replacement but just to let them know that maybe someone wasn’t doing quality control or something! They so graciously offered to send me out a new frame free of charge! They got back to me very quickly and were very polite and apologetic! I would buy from this company again! In fact I’m looking at some other frames now

A beautiful frame for a great price! The wood looks distressed and the frame is sturdy. Great purchase for the price!

The material fees kinda cheap , but it looks great!

its just a frame but it is a very nice style! , but the overall quality is just "good" not sure if frame is a composite but it feels like that , would have preferred a hardwood

The picture frame I received was broken and they were nice enough to send out a new frame before Christmas!

The frame is very cheaply made, and literally falls apart when you try to put a photo in it. I have had two of these now, and both have failed at the corner joint of the frame. The material is obviously not wood but some very lightweight composite material that does not hold together with whatever staples they use for the corners. While the frame looks nice it’s useless because it breaks very easily.

The wood frame and destruction like coloring is exactly what I wanted for an black and white photo I had. You can hang it or set on a shelf. I recommend this product!
