Q: How comfort is it for all day wearing?

I haven't worn them all day but have for several hours in an evening and they were comfortable.

Q: does this have the grippy strips of silicone around the inside of the thighs and inside the top of the torso so it won't slip down or roll up??

Mine has the silicone strip around the waistline (very top of the garment) I have worn this several times and I have not had any troubles with slipping..

Q: Do these have an opening for using the restroom?

Cut the crotch out. I do with all my Spanx.
