Works Well, Smells Bad
These work great for hobby projects once you figure out how to drive them. I used a ESP8266 NodeMCU to control it and it was able to run them pretty fast. The one downside to me personally is that the wires smell really bad. I know a lot of people on Amazon complain about bad plastic smell for a lot of products and usually I don't have any issues with those. But I've had these for over a month and they still smell awful to the point where I can smell them from across the room.

Different than previous orders.
TLDR: Inconsistent diameter for snap in use in coro props, if zip tying or or fastener may still work well.I have ordered these 3 separate times and the first two were on par with any other pixels I have bought on Amazon. This latest order however was somewhat of a disappointment, the pixels now have 4 little nubs around the edge to hold them in place instead of a full diameter detent. Also, the "skirt" plastic (where the wires come out) is significantly thinner. Diameter is also very inconsistent, some were difficult to snap into holes on coro props, while others snapped in but were very loose. Brightness was consistent and all the pixels tested properly, they now have a weird blue tint to the silicone fill around the wires, but that doesn't affect the operation.

Good deal for the price
Good deal for the price. I had one set outside and they didn't stand up to the weather well. One light shorted in the middle. No issues with the lights inside

1 of 3 doa but other two are good for the price
I ordered 3 sets of 50 to begin with. Ws2811 string 5v. They are fully addressable, if you have the red is green prionlem just switch the order in wled or whatever program you use. They’re good for the price but one of the three that I ordered were doa. There must have been a short somewhere as some led’s we’re noticeably hot to the touch after turning them off immediately. If I wouldn’t have known something was wrong they would’ve started up in smoke for sure. I’d give five stars if they were all three as good as the two that work. Just be careful with them

Using these for a custom Christmas lighting project
I am using these to light up a living room Christmas village display. The lights are individually addressable and color-changeable, but you need a 5V power supply and a controller. I am using this 30W power supply (https://smile.amazon.com/gp/product/B07145RSLS/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o04_s00) and an Arduino Uno with the FastLED library available on github. The point was to make the lights in the houses occasionally turn on and off at random to simulate activity, and for some of the LEDs to look like flickering fires. Everything went together very easily. With the Uno I can run up to about 25 of the LEDs as independently flickering fires before the flicker rate became noticeably slow. The only problem I had was that the LEDs are only about four inches apart, which was a hindrance, but no operational problems whatsoever. These lights are good quality and an excellent value.

Not consistent, low quality.
I have purchased 11 sets of these lights. There is no consistency between sets. Some are 4 inches between lights some are 6 inches, some are 3. The colors do not match the hue varies from one set to another. They are not 12mm, more like 10mm. If you are buying these to install in a premade prop you will be disappointed. As others reviewers said, there is epoxy one some of the lights that you will have to clean off. I had to return one set as only 3 pixels lit up.At the current price eight dollars fifty cents I do not believe they are worth the headaches. Spend a little more on a quality set from a reputable company.

Great purchase. Easy to use
The media could not be loaded. I used these for an arduino project that I made for school. They were so easy to use and program to do exactly what I wanted them to do.

Beware. Not as advertised and lousy quality control.
I've bought this same item twice before. First time it worked just fine, second time it had different connectors from what was shown but worked otherwise. Not so this time. I ordered 4 strings. All of them have multiple misshapen bulbs. On one of the strings only the first pixel works. On two of the others, half a dozen pixels flicker when above 30% or so brightness, and aren't white at any point ahortly above that. The housing is also smaller and a different color than on previous orders.Basically it looks like they've replaced a decent product with absolute crap.
