It does what I need. Great value for the price
I bought this smartwatch because I needed something simple at an affordable price. I have found this watch amazing, and it is doing all that I need:Here some features that I found helpful1.- You can control the music on your phone from your watch. You can turn the volume up and down, stop and play the music and push forward or back. You cannot see which music is playing.2.-The phone vibrates when there is an income call or message. You can see the message, but it is hard to scroll up and down to read. Sometimes it gets a little bit stuck. But that's ok for me. I just need to be notified that I have a message and who sent it. The rest I can do it from my phone. You cannot reply back from your watch.3.- It has an alarm that you set up in the app you install on your phone. I prefer to wake up with my watch vibrating than listening to the annoying sound of an alarm clock.4.- It counts your steps and calories burned.5.- It has a bunch of options for sports. After selecting the sport of your preference, it counts the calories burned, bpm, and active time.6.- It has a timer7.- it measures your heart rate, and it seems pretty accurate.8.-It can track your sleep and tells you if you had a deep sleep or a light sleep. This function was hard to find because there is not such a thing as a "sleep tracker" in the watch. The sleep function is installed in the phone by default, and you find it by pressing the tab "sports" in the app and then pressing "Healthy." It took me two days playing with the app to figure it out.9.- Battery life says that last seven days. I have been using this watch for three days in a row, and today it still has around 70%, so I guess it will last until day 7.10.- It says it is water-resistant, but I prefer not to mess with that, and I don't think I will put it underwater, so I take it off when showering11.- The smartwatch is very light and comfortable. It brings two watch straps, one for extra-large wrists. I have a petit wrist, so I use the regular watch strap in the penultimate hole, and it fits perfectly.Overall is a good smartwatch for the value. It is simple. You don't need more.

Decent, for the price, but it relies on it's smartphone app
The watch itself IS very lightweight, and technically does everything the advertising says, so for $40, it's a pretty fair watchI will say, however, that the watch is a bit bogged down by how much reliance it has on it's smartphone app. The sleep tracking? Done on the app. Customizing things? App. Setting alarms and whatnot? App.While this isn't necessarily the most inconvenient thing in the world, it does show exactly how they made the watch so affordable. The app is free, however. To it's credit, it's battery life is stellar, and it does fit comfortably. It also has very strong vibration, so it will definitely get your attention when it needs to.All in all, it's a decent product for the $40 pricemark, just be prepared to download the app.

Not a great investment for me...
First off, it saddens me to see they offer a $40 (more than what the watch costs) reward gc to amazon for a "true review". Which has lead me to believe and understand why there are so many 5 star reviews. So here is my honest review before I return it.Cons:It does not track your progress monthly.Gives you step counts even when you're not moving.Doesn't have a blood pressure rating.Sleep reading seems to be off claiming I was standing and working out during my sleeping session. (Maybe I have nightmares or exercise while I sleep haha)You need your mobile and app more often than you utilize your watch.App needing to run on your mobile tends to drain mobile battery life pretty quickly.Pressing the icons on your watch takes a few times of tapping for it to function.Deleting messages works every other time.Pros:Watch battery life cane fully charged and lasts long.Heart beat measure pretty accurate.Alarm vibrations are strong. Can change the background picture to your liking.Lightweight and fits perfectly. For the price it is alright but there are watches out there that do more and supply more info for you. So for me, it wasn't something that I needed or was hoping for.

I love all the activities
Your browser does not support HTML5 video. When my ionic tracker quit working, I wanted another watch with similar functionality. I immediately was impressed by all the activities that are enabled in the menus of this watch. My previous watch, I had to pick and choose what I was doing and a lot of specific activities got lumped into the general category of “workout”, where it would just track my heart rate and give me no record of what I had done. I love that this one has 18 different activities, even some specific ones like climbing. The watch has really clear and easy to use face and menus. The home screen shows the time and all my stats for the day like calories, steps and current heart rate. By swiping from right to left or vice versa on the home screen, I cycle through 2 sub-menus. The first menu has various utilities like checking messages, heart rate, using a timer, etc. The second menu has the different exercise options. Swiping from the bottom of the screen shows graphical data of my statistics throughout the day which is really cool. A long touch on the screen and then swiping from left to right accesses menus to customize the watch face. The watch can of course be paired to my phone to access the ability to display messages and incoming calls. That’s a super handy feature to use... if I’m exercising, I can quickly check if an incoming call is important, for example. Overall, it is a fantastic watch, especially at this price point.

Ok E-watch
So my overall experience with this watch was ok. I think many more people would buy this item if it were to have a bigger screen and better touch. I was happy to be able to connect it to my phone fairly easily , which is good because most E-Watches are fairly hard to pair with a phone. With all that said I would recommend this watch to people who need to know time, messages alerts and call alerts. If you liked my review please rate me.Thank YouMark
