Love everything about this meditation pillow! The quality, comfort and the detail of this pillow is what I was looking for and it definitely delivers on all! To the seller, thank you for your follow up midway through the shipping process to 🇨🇦 as I know it can take a little longer clearing customs. I’ll be looking to add the breathing pillow as well very soon. Thanks again and I definitely recommend this pillow! Worth the extra cost for the quality. ❤️

Wow, what a great cushion. I was able to extend my practice to 20 minutes for the first time with no pain or numbness. The only drawback is that it seemed really stuffed full when I received it. Not much room for an imprint of my bum or sit bones. I solved this by removing 2 gallon Ziploc bags full of the buckwheat hulls. Now I can shape it to support my seated position with my pelvis rocked forward. Goodbye back pain! The fabric reminds me of sweatshirt material and the intricate stitching design is just beautiful. A wonderful addition to my burgeoning meditation practice. I just wish they made a zabuton to match it! While the price is a bit higher than for some other zafus, it is well worth the money for this lovely, lovely object. It makes me want to practice.

Great cushion for home ground/floor living. I’ve been following Tony Riddle (aka @thenaturallifestylist) on Instagram who has convinced me that sitting is much too present in our daily lives, so I cut our family dining table down to 14” tall and we now have a more natural human movement friendly place to eat and work at home. We have a few different yoga cushions at the table and I think the build quality on this one tops the others, though I would say when it comes to putting your feet on it and squatting, it is a little bit lacking in the buckwheat hull filling compared to the other we have that are a little more dense. But it does make it a little more comfortable when sitting cross legged, kneeling on it, or being in a 90/90 position. Overall, it’s my favorite of the cushions we have in terms of design and comfort. I’d recommend it.
