Cuando se trata de un woofer lo que marca el sonido es la acústica de la caja principalmente. El altavoz no está mal, pero es simple, de baja sensibilidad y como mucho 250W RMS. Le he puesto un aplificador de 500W RMS y llevarlo a más de 70% hace que el subwoofer empiece a oler a quemado con solo 1 minuto. O sea nada de 600 MAX... Por otro lado, el control de calidad se lo han pasado por el forro estéticamente, hay desviaciones en la colocación de los materiales, aunque afortunadamente sin afectar su funcionamiento. También ha parecido mal que no haya venido con una junta para sellar con la caja como se hacía antes. Su impedancia está entre los 3.5 y 4 ohmios. La estructura del altavoz parece estar hecha totalmente de plástico. Lo recomiendo si lo usaras como un woofer de baja potencia.

I used this to replace an old deteriorated subwoofer in a six order home stereo sub. This affordable little guy fit perfect after removing the speaker boot and sounds excellent and deep.

For the price, these subs are badass! I put four of them in a custom built box in the trunk of a 1998 Mustang GT Convertible. They'll never reach the low frequencies like a larger diameter sub will, but these things will blast your ears out. I have the four of them being pushed at 1ohm by a Power Acoustik BAMF 2000.1D at roughly 1000-1100W RMS. Pros: * Price * VERY clean bass! Not muddy in the slightest * LOUD * Hard to get them to bottom out. Excursion is outstanding for their price. Cons: * Durability - The surround is foam and I suspect that over a relatively short length of time they will deteriorate. If you sneeze in their direction the wrong way, I feel like they will disintegrate. * No trim bezel * Ugly as sin - I'd recommend investing $1 is some spray paint to fix the hideous dust cap * You'll get the snooty people's stigma of having Lanzar subs. But to be honest, if this is the quality product Lanzar produce, they should be taken off the "flea market brand" list. Again, paint the dust cap :P
