Great information on how to improve your guitar playing.

Like so many intermediate + guitar players, I’ve forever known all 5 patterns of the minor pentatonic scale. I’ve been searching for a way to actually use them to improvise.I’m only on day 4 in the book, after a couple of weeks, just don’t have the time (sound familiar?) to dedicate daily practice. Given that I’ve been playing (jam with friends and have been in a few basement bands) for some 40 odd years, so what if it takes a few months to get through this. I’m determined!Beautifully laid out and highly recommend this book and the author’s other penta books.You won’t be disappointed, if you’re looking to break out of ‘the box’ and want to connect scale positions!

I am still a beginner. I know only a few positions with which to play in. This book offers a detailed lesson plan where I need to practice 90 minutes every day for 14 days. Minimum. I am very happt with this book.
