You mean they come pre-assembled?!?!?!
So like most folks who would search for such an item, I'm in that boat of people technical enough to understand the basics of installation to perform this process roughly once every 5 to 10 years as the oem stereos become outdated and need replacement so we can have the latest gadget functionality. On this roundabout, I was pleasantly surprised that because I bought a more popular branded stereo (Pioneer), that they make this item WHERE ONE DOES NOT NEED TO SOLDER! OMG, it's the little things in life you know?So all the wires correctly correlated to the car's plugs, in this case Pioneer to Toyota. The wires didn't feel cheap, the plug ends were fine. It's the same hardware you would get in the other packages, just they saved you the sorting which wire goes whereand soldering/crimping stage. In my particular case, I needed to solder in the parking brake bypass that I'm sure you as a reader might have stumbled onto as a DIYer for Pioneer units. And in my case I was happy again to realize they included three extra wires which have the metal ends that just click into the plugs, just make sure it's the right pin hole you want to use and you'll be fine.Good luck with your install.
