Highly recommend
The facts presented here bring together many of the teaching I have been learning about for the last 7 plus years in regards to spirituality as well as when science & religion were one, and take it beyond. Sound is Sacred, just like Geometry, and this book helps break it down quite well. If you are a musician, chances are you will get something out of this. If you are a musician & also Travel East, & practice what you are told to practice in the FC degree, then you will definitely gain a lot from this. For us, this book is becoming a book that we go back to again and again for reference.

Great information on the Ancient Uses of Sound
David Elkington's "Ancient Language of Sacred Sound" is an extraordinary compendium of knowledge about ancient traditions and their use of sound for healing and transformation. Whether it's the building and resonance of sacred temples such as Chartes Cathedral or the pyramids of both Egypt and Mexico, this book offers wonderful material. Elkington is first and foremost, an excellent historian and his view of sacred sound in these ancient traditions is fascinating!
