I received my order last week. It took me 15 minutes to install 3, and that included customizing the size. I like that I could cut the extra rope. The rope pictured is about 3" long now. The rope is just a little stretchy, so I was sure to pull it tight when I locked them. Even when the rope is tight, they are easy to turn to unlock. My grandson came over this weekend and "tried them out". He's almost 20 months old. He tried to open the cabinets, then grinned at me, like "You won this one grandma". You know that little smirk. lol. I have smaller knobs, which are close together with little clearance. These worked perfectly! They look nice as well. They aren't big and bulky. Very happy with my purchase.

I like these. Wish they still came in black because that is the color of our entertainment center where we are using them.The only drawback is that the cord is supposed to be retied and cut to a shorter length. Thus, once you have cut it for one set of knobs, it may or may not be usable on a different set. It would be better if the bottom piece was designed to simply roll up the excess cord and then unroll it if necessary.Also, we tried to use one on a set of double doors and it was not long enough to reach from lever handle to lever handle. Oh well. Cabinets only.

I use these on cabinet knobs and my double door knobs to my bathroom. The kids can't twist them open even if they had it figured out. They twist on very snug.

We use these on our lower kitchen cabinets to keep the kids out of the cabinets. I also have closets with french doors and these fit around both handles to keep the kids out. My 5 year old has figured these out but if I twist them tight enough she can’t open it. These are easy to get in and out of (for an adult) and are not a permanent fixture so very easy “install”. I have recommended to several friends with kids.

This is a great "lock" to keep prying, curious toddler fingers away from what might lurk behind the double doors. They are very easy to use and involve no drilling, hammering, or duct tape!!! lol! So far, the only problem is when I leave them "unlocked", those little mischievous fingers take them off and hide them! A couple have never been found . . . which prompted me to buy another pack! We can definitely blame that on Namaw error, not product error. Love these and would recommend them to everyone with double doors that have standard door knobs, they work so well!!!

Our son loves to get into his closet and play around and now he has a double door closet that has non functioning door knobs, so we knew we had to do something. This is awesome for keeping him out! Its also super east to unscrew and get into the closet anytime I need to, and I know he cant get in because I tighten it past what he is capable of undoing. Little tip: I did spray the threads with just a dollap of silicone spray since silicone is safe on plastic, let it sit for 15 seconds, and then wiped it off. This device is already easy to unscrew but that will just help keep it that way in the long term.
