I purchased a Nikai AC from Amazon, expecting a reliable source. However, after about two weeks, the compressor suddenly stopped working and the AC no longer cooling!! ๐๐ผ๐๐ผ๐๐ผ๐๐ผ๐๐ผ . I am incredibly dissatisfied and disappointed. The product failed to meet even the most basic expectations. Customer support was unhelpful. I trusted Nikai and amazon for quality, but this AC has been a complete letdown. I strongly discourage others from purchasing this product.
