A fabulous product which I take in conjunction with the Life Extension Athromax. It starts to work after about half an hour when I notice a lessening of arthritic pain and greater ease of movement in my hands. I think Life Extension products are the best for me.

Life saver

I had been getting swelling behind my knees when doing activities for a couple years. Golf was actually worse than basketball. Doing anything on my knees would quickly cause the swelling. The joint formula totally solved the problem. I took 2 per day for a while, and never got the swelling again. I later cut back to 1 per day with the same great results. Assuming if I stopped all together the swelling will return, so I am going to keep taking 1 per day. Used the swelling as an excuse for bad golf in the past, now I need another excuse. Rarely write reviews, but the results were immediate and wonderful. I bought based on the strong reviews of others and wanted to express my satisfaction also. Hope it works for you also.
