Good quality and come with clear instructions

The quality is good, but it doesn’t fit who have a long nose when I wear it the plastic cover my lips; it is annoying A little bit.

The mask is good in terms of hotness & cooling. It just does not fit on the face well. the straps at the back dont help much and do not have a good grip.

Good product i like it. Relaxing and recovering feeling.

This is a very horrible product. Pretty useless and doesn’t have the same quality as expected with regards to pictures.

When I get sinus headaches or anything that affects the whole face, this is the best. It's great for regular headaches too, it's just this is the only mask I've seen that covers the whole face. It has 2 sets of straps to keep the mask on the face. It also has a wonderfully soft side that's great when I've just taken the mask out of the freezer. It backs the cold off enough that I can wear it right away. Also great for puffy eyes.

Doesnt fit face lol but the puffiness goes away on face

This multi-use mask is great because you can use it both hot or cold which is exactly what I was looking for. When I have sinus pressure or eye strain, I put this in the microwave for 20 seconds to warm up and the heat from the mask provides relief and feels relaxing. I also use this in the morning sometimes when my face looks puffy. To de-puff I wash my face, apply serum and then put this mask on (after cooling it for 15-20 mins in the freezer). The cooling effect helps reduce any redness or puffiness. I also like that this mask comes with elastic straps as that really helps to keep the mask from slipping off. The only small downside is that sometimes I find the velcro pulls at some of my hair. To avoid this, I usually put my hair in a ponytail or bun before using the mask. Overall, a great product for relaxation and self care. Look forward to many more uses.

Very cheap mask , not worth the $35. Beads don’t go in the upper mouth section, and tabs to tie around head are way off. Top one too big lower one to tight
