I’m sure it will fit. You have to “loop” the cord around your wrist and then “hook” the fish hook into the loop at the end of the cord.

Q: Can someone me how to adjust these for wearing on your wrist?

Put the fish hook on your wrist, wrap the cord or rope round till the loop meet the hook and then you adjust it the way you wanted.
