I weigh 220 pounds and am 5'3", with the majority of that weight in my belly. I got a Large based on the given size chart, and it fits flawlessly. At first, it was tight, but that's to be expected for a compression garment. The three rows of the hook-and-eye closures are great for adjustability as you go. When I sit or bend, it doesn't roll up from the bottom and stays firmly in place. When I perform deadlifts and squats at the gym, the vest offers great back support. My lower back tension has decreased and my posture has greatly improved. As a result of the previous regimen, I have observed that my waist measurement has dropped by roughly an inch.

I initially received the wrong size of the product. But was sent the right size within a day. So far, the vest is pretty tight but holds everything in, in all the right places. I love that it helps with your back bulge, and am excited that it is long enough to cover my whole torso. I have been wearing it for a little while now and it is very comfortable and can’t wait to wear it when I work out to see how well it really works and how comfortable it is while you’re constantly moving.

This product is really good for the price. I love that I instantly felt back support and that it firmly fits under the bust. I also love that it's long enough to cover that lower abdominal area (the "mommy pouch"/ "fupa") that many others do not cover and leaves you looking like a chunk of sausage leaking out its case. This covers that area with the main zipper part which has a hook closure under the bust to prevent unzipping. What I would've changed about it, is the flexibility of the velcro topper/cincher part because that part is sewn in at the waist and doesn't stretch to cover the "mom pouch" to be more tightened/firm, however this IS a *waist trainer* and will be firm around the waist but if paired with tummy control leggings you will have an over-all support of waist and lower abdominal pouches that need to also be "heated up" for losing weight. I would still recommend because for people with herniated discs like me, the back support alone feels great and comfortable, so I know with consistency the back fat around the bra area will decrease while assisting with better posture.

The item was too small went by the size chart. I suggest go up maybe 2 sizes.

This vest is great I wear it to work everyday when I get home my clothes are soaked. I have so many that didn't stand the test but this one does

I read the various reviews for different products, but I’m so glad I finally decided on this amazing purchase at such a great price. I have worn this vest around the house while playing with my toddler and forget I have it on. I also wear it during my gym work-outs and it's amazing how comfortable it is through the various movements, while holding everything in place and promoting additional sweat. I’m extremely happy with the visual changes I’m already seeing in my back and your lower stomach.

It is small, but I could still get it on, ( with some struggle and laying on the bed 🤣. But once it was on, it was pretty comfortable. It fits kind of weird in the shoulder area though . I found it was a little big there. * Edited as it's been a week, and it really isn't holding up as well as some other, cheaper ones I've had. Kind of disappointed. I'd stick to a different brand. If I hadn't worn it a few times already, I'd have returned this.

I've purchased 3 trainers from this brand so far, and they have not disappointed me. This is the most recent purchase, and I must say it is of excellent quality for a low price. It is long enough to cover my entire torso and provides optimal support. I wear it throughout the day and with workouts without issues. It can be uncomfortable by the end of the day, but I don't think any trainer that works is comfortable. It is not too visible under the right clothing (nothing too form-fitting). Overall, it has me snatched, and I will order another when I go down a size. I purchased XL, and I normally wear between XL and 1X in shirts. Perfect fit!
