I would really give this product 3.5-4 stars. I had somewhat low expectations but felt a little desperate for something to help ease the mini-panic attacks I've started having in the past year at work, etc. Started having what I can only imagine are mini panic attacks (without any real cause, but not to say my life isn't stressful). Sudden feeling of dread, can't make eye contact with anyone, feeling of 'fight or flight' when all I'm doing is sitting in a movie theater, etc. While this product hasn't completely taken it all away, it has definitely changed it to a manageable level, and on good days almost no anxiety at all. I still have to go out of my way sometimes to avoid sort of freaking out (For example, I walk 3 miles home now rather than take the public bus which is cramped and sometimes filled with riff-raff, which use to not bother me at all but now makes me yearn for a sudden escape), so I am still going to shop around for something a little "stronger" if it exists. But otherwise I am happy to report this did some good especially considering its just a supplement. It doesn't alter my mood at all but I don't get as many random attacks so all in all It's better than nothing.

It suprisingly works. Just be aware that it makes you a little drowsy, and you will feel kind of lazy.

Did not meet expectations

I have anxiety, not really bad anxiety or panic attacks, but I do get it sometimes. When receiving bad news or under an immense amount of stress, that is when I feel it the most. Anyway, since I was offered this complimentary bottle, I was excited to give it a try. The instructions tell you that 1 capsule is the recommended dosage, however I'd suggest that you take one unless you get really bad anxiety. The reason why I really like this is that it's not medication or medicated, they're all natural vitamins including biotin, calcium, zinc, b1, and a few others. Anyway, these little tablets are magical and they really relieved me of some stress and calmed me down. I was able to just sit back and watch some TV.

I have had a lot of anxiety iin the last two months. I needed something to help the the edge off without a prescription, and this over all other supplements, works the best.

After trying several natural products for anxiety, I found this. I love it, I have a high pressure position and when I feel the anxiety coming on I take this. If it is really bad I take 2 capsule. I can't find the product anymore. Does anyone know where I can purchase it now. Amazon doesn't have it anymore and doesn't know if it will be back.

Not too good.

I think this is working. About 30-45 mins after taking I feel a bit more at ease and relaxed. I like taking at night to help wind down. No funky taste to them at all.
