Really great product. Only used the "juice" once with my rowdy 10 month pups. From that point on, they respond to the "beep". If they hesitate, the vibration stops their unwanted behavior immediately. (The one time I had to resort to the electric pulse, I only had it set on #3. It doesn't take much so be sure to start with a low setting.) I would recommend this product to anyone who wants fast results in training their dog. Also speeds up training basic commands. If my pup doesn't "stay" on command, the vibration lets him know immediately that he is not doing it correctly. Doesn't take long until he begins to realize if he stays, the collar won't vibrate. We watch from inside the house as our pups know when we are inside they have free run of the yard. Let's them know that their bad behavior, I.e. digging, gets a collar action even when we are not around. Long review but honestly, I can't say enough about how much this product has helped my pups in becoming well behaved, loving companions!

The user instructions not only are worthless, they were written by someone who's lfirst language wasn't english. There are no phone numbers or websites to contact for assistance in using this product making it completely unusable. Another $47 down the drain.

The quality of the product is sub par.after only a few months, the receiver detached from the collar because the plastic washers that hold it on broke apart. However, while it was able to be attached to my puppy, it worked perfect. The vibration did next to nothing for my dog. The BEEP sound certainly got her attention. And after I used the shock at level 3 on her right after the BEEP, I no longer had to use the shock feature. One beep and she stops what she is doing and comes directly to my side.Maybe if the washers are going to be a weak-point for your device, you should include more than just the one pair with the unit. Other than that, this unit is well worth the money.

I like that it works at long distances and easily stops the bad behavior using just the bell chime button but batteries only last about 3 days before having to replace with little to no use.

This collar is perfect for learning pups! My mini Aussie has gotten so used to hearing the bell before a shock, she knows when she hears the "DING" it's time to back off. My husband and I can finally eat on the couch without the dog trying to beg for food.

So far this collar is working as promised, which is more than I can say for the previous collars I have purchased. I would recommend it, definitely.

This unit literally had no effect on my pitbull. After trying it like you usually would and having no effect, I actually tried the shock feature while he was sleeping just to see if I could get a response at all. He layed there snoring away like nothing even happened. I double checked it was working with the test light and it seemed to be working as it should. I placed my finger over the unit and "shocked" my self. Even on its highest setting the shock is very low. It didnt even make me jump. It surely isnt enough to get the attention of this 60 lb ball of muscle like it should. It now just lays on the counter because I have no use for it and feel guilty just throwing it away.
