Excellent quality. Packing was exceptional. Used the black ones for a Sunday ride and there was a definite reduction in wind noise. The plugs are expensive but worth the price for their comfort and the job they do. The plugs were very comfortable and I hardly noticed they were in. I wish I had picked them up earlier.

Since I changed my helmet, i could not properly use my old Leiser Leight disposable earplugs because I could not hear music from my intercom well. Decided to try Alpine earplugs instead and was not disappointed. The one with more earprotection feels very similar to my old disposable earplugs in terms of hearing wind/bike noises. However, now i hear music and podcasts very well. They also sit comfortably inside my ear, and after 2 hours of riding, i did not feel any discomfort. A small carry pouch is also a nice addition. The plugs with less ear protection work well to block out wind noise, but I can hear bike noise much more. I guess it will be the earplugs for anyone who wants to hear engine noise more. They are quite small, so when it's cold outside, I find it trickier to get them to fit into the ear canal using just my fingers. The package comes with a little tube to help with this, but of course, you need a bit more patience and time to use it.
