Q: What blades fit fiskers cutter patent no. d379.193 - it is an old cutter?

This G style blade should fit your old Fiskar Trimmer. There are some reviews with pictures on here that show that exact trimmer, and they indicate that these blades are the correct ones.

Q: Will these blades work with a Carl A4 cutter?

I looked up Carl trimmers and most of them are rotary so that would not work and the couple slide ones I saw had a much bigger sliding piece. This fits into groves on the top of the Fiskars cutter guide. So I seriously doubt that it would fit.

Q: Black heavy duty trimmer b Lade has silver thing where blade should be. how do I get the pointed blade?

The blade on my orange ones is just a short little thing. It's not a blade that looks like a blade. I'm not sure if you're talking about the same piece as the orange ones.
