Work well. Bought for 12i team catchers. They really like it.

Good product time consuming
Really good product for my daughter she said it saved her knees from hurting later on. They helped her get up faster when throwing down. She said she loves these yet coaches get somewhat angry, because they are hard to put on and take a good amount of time.
