Raymond Geddes Dr Seuss Mini Memo Pad (Pack of 48)

I’m not often impressed with items from Amazon especially if there’s a “Made in China” sticker on the product, but this item impressed me. Shipping was fast and made it in time for Dr. Seuss week (less than one week delivery; long story short, our Amazon distribution center doesn’t have a shipping center so it gets rerouted before delivery). I purchased this as a gift for my daughter’s preschool class to celebrate Dr. Seuss week. Although the notebook was small, it’s a great quality (beautiful glossy front and back card stock cover, color watermark pages, and an inspirational quote from the Dr. Seuss book on the back) and all the kids loved it. There was enough notebooks for both AM and PM class. My kids wouldn’t let their notebooks out of sight and I noticed all her classmates were doing the same. One mom put the notebook in her pocket and her daughter cried, telling her mom if mom had just let her hold it, she would still have her notebook.

These work perfect in my elementary school price box! Adorable small memo pad.

I ordered these to put in gift packages to send to all the guests to our virtual baby shower. They were the most coveted, commented on, and liked of all of the items sent. Cute, fun, whimsical. Just perfect.

Perfect for any Dr. Seuss themed event, goodie bag, school/reading student incentive and of course Dr. Seuss’ Birthday! Beautifully packaged in a very cool display box that is super simple to set up, but I didn’t need it. Oh and that was packed securely in another plain white box, good for keeping the display protected. There are 6 fun, vibrant designed paperback covers on front & back that resemble Dr. Seuss books. (There are 2 of The Cat in the Hat, but designs are different from each other). Didn’t pay attention to Amazon’s description stating “bannered pages” so I was pleasantly surprised when I flipped through each notepad to find more fun Dr. Seuss designs! Pages are a bit muted in color but no biggie they’re so stinkin cute! Do note these are indeed miniature-think smaller than standard post-it notes. However I think the smaller size is what makes them so cute! Also there is a comparable set of Dr. Seuss Mini Notebooks on Amazon and at Target that are bigger than these notepads, but look exactly like miniature sized books with a true soft cover. They are very cute as well but they’re twice the price, with half the amount in the set and opens up to blank, white, boring pages. Still a great alternative and a tad better quality as far as how the pages are bound, which leads me to my reason for knocking off 1 star.... My only gripe... just as another reviewer mentioned, the actual notepad will easily come apart from the cover. In fact, when I opened the cover for the Horton notepad it completely detached. However when comparing price vs. value I still think it’s very fair and I would definitely recommend and purchase these again. Great idea alternative to passing out candy for Halloween. The kids loved it!

Bought these for a class gift for dr seuss day and they didn't disappoint! The kids enjoyed them. Love the size of these. Perfect for little hands!

Better then I expected. The little pictures on the memo pads paper are just exceptional which is why I ensured my picture showed that. They’re great for little gifts for children’s classmates if you want something that’s not lollies. My kids adore them already.
