does it come with gravity beams as scene from movie and original series?

Not that I've seen. I was bummed out about it but there are tutorials online that show how to make custom ones with just things you can easily find in stores. The figure isn't out yet and I was hoping that Tamashii was going to surprise us with beam accessories but they would've already showcased them if they were included.

Will the item return again?

Monster arts re-releases old figures with new paint and accessories. I would say they will with this figure within a few years.
