Q: Can these be used on a flat top grill?

I’ve never use them on a grill. But I have used them in the oven. No problems. It opens up the taco so we can add more fixings. Sometimes I put the cheese and meat in before I heat the shells. Primary per reason I purchased these was to help in assembly of the tacos and to keep the taco upright

Q: Can I bake thin sliced stuffed chicken breasts 40mins in 350° oven?

I bet you could! Maybe spray them with non-stick cooking spray first; then place them on a parchment or foil lined baking sheet. If that doesn’t work, try to shape foil like a taco, place chicken breasts in the foil securing with food picks, then bake in the taco holders.
